Documentary Editing

Wrestling for Jesus clips

I was the assistant editor for this documentary in the fall of 2010. The director, Nathan Clarke, had shot footage over the course of 3 years, and had roughed together scene cards with a brief description and what he wanted the scene to accomplish.

Colors didn't actually mean anything. That I know of.

With guidance and final editing power resting with Nathan, I edited the film the film and DVD extras over the course of a few months.

The documentary made its debut at the Wisconsin Film Festival in April of 2011 to stellar reviews, and has been to various other festivals since, and will be released on DVD this summer.

I used Final Cut Pro to edit the documentary (and InqScribe to do a good deal of transcribing).

I helped film and edit the in-studio scenes for this video for Fourth Line Films for Synergy. I used various video, light, and sound equipment, as well as a teleprompter.
